How much does a driving license cost in Kosovo?

The costs include: the medical certificate, driving school fees for 20 hours of theory + 20 hours of practice, Red Cross first aid (€16), the theory exam (€20), the practical exam (€20), and the issuing of the license. The total usually ranges from €350 to €600, depending on the driving school.
How old do you have to be for a Category B license?

The minimum age to sit the exam is 18. You can enrol in a driving school up to 6 months before turning 18.
How many questions are on the theory exam?

30 questions from 5 categories, in 40 minutes. The passing threshold is 85%.
How many times can I retake the exam if I fail?

There is no official limit on the number of attempts. The waiting periods between attempts are set by Ministry regulations.

Your eKosova account must be verified. Go to menu → Services → Vehicle → “Scheduling the theory/practical driving exam appointment” → pay the fee.
